For my trip back to London, I chose the exactly same pattern as the way I flew in (you can read my flight report here), but this time, I lot more time staying at Doha Hamad International Airport, to experience the largest lounge in the world

Not only none of the crew members speak Chinese, the safety video is only in English and Arabic too. I think it's dangerous and unreponsible because most of Chinese travelers don't understand English.

The airport is really giant, but I really don't understand art

Time to heading to the lounge. Qatar Airways operates numbers of lounges: the pay-par-use Oryx lounge, the Business Class lounge for its frequent flyers, the First Class Lounge and the Al Mourjan Business Class Lounge. And I'm only to eligible to the Al Mourjan lounge, the largest in the world.

One of the flight attendants told me on the previous flight that he hates flying London and Paris because the flight is always full and the layover is always short, London flights are always "hell flights". Instead, he loves to fly to Montreal and Atlanta, because Montreal and Atlanta all have 2 days of layover!
之前一位空少話我知,佢最憎飛倫敦同巴黎,因為倫敦巴黎班永遠都是全滿而且停留時間亦非常短。佢最鐘意就係飛蒙特利爾同亞特蘭大,因為有兩日的外站停留!

希斯羅4號航廈,因為Fast Track Pass的關係我可以唔排隊,不過海關姐姐同我話呢度平時要排2個鐘以上!

Arrived at Paddington.
Conclusion: to be honest, there's nothing to complain about Qatar Airways, especially when I'm flying the Business Class. However, all the front line people working for this companies are foreigners, no Qatari works for this airline as flight attendant. Also, I think it's dangerous that on a flight from China to Qatar, which most of the passengers don't speak English, dosen't have at least 1 crew member who speaks Chinese and the safety video is in English and Arabic only. I don't think Qatar Airways will remain as my first choice in the future but for this time, is an eye-opener experience.

總結:其實,以卡塔爾航空的質素,是完全沒也可以投訴。只不過小弟覺得奇怪的是,一架由廣州前往多哈的飛機,大多數都係唔識講英文的廣州阿伯,不單只全機沒人識講中文,連中文安全短片都沒有,我覺得是極之危險。另外,卡塔爾航空是完全沒卡塔爾籍的前線工作人員,為什麼?因為... 人家是油王!總的來說,卡塔爾航空以後應該唔會系我的首選,但今次真系開眼界!
